Key environments included:
- Festival Grounds – A 90,000+ sq. ft. expo environment built for discovery, networking, and live content. A drumline procession led attendees from the keynote to the space, where a towering 3D NetApp logo set the stage for photos, activations, and social moments.
- Camp Cloud: AI Edition – A campsite-inspired environment designed for deeper conversations around AI and cloud innovation. Tents, bonfires, indoor “fishing,” lawn games, and a custom outdoorsy scent created an immersive, relaxed setting for technical learning.
- The Club – An executive retreat designed for VIP guests and decision-makers, complete with private meeting space, concierge services, café, and boutique shopping.
- Encore: Let’s Celebrate – The festival’s closing night celebration at Area15, featuring a high-energy performance by Royal Machines.
Across the experience, sponsor activations and pop-culture moments kept the energy high—from immersive driving simulators with Porsche to character appearances from DreamWorks Animation favorites like Shrek and Po.
