Dena Lowery

Dena Lowery is the President of Opus Agency, where she leads a global team of over 300 professionals, shaping the world through the power of shared experiences. During her 28-year career at Opus Agency, Dena has accelerated growth and promoted a culture grounded in versatility, optimism, integrity, curiosity, and excellence—our agency VOICE.

Starting as an event manager in 1996, Dena steadily advanced to the C-suite, overseeing event operations, international capabilities, and the agency’s rapid expansion. During her tenure as COO, Opus Agency acquired seven companies in 19 months, transforming from a regional agency to a global experiential powerhouse with offices across the U.S. and London. 

Promoted to President in October 2022, Dena drives excellence across strategy, creativity, technology, and delivery. Her leadership has earned the agency many industry accolades, including her recognition as a Highly Commended Agency Leader by The Drum. She is active in the industry, serving on the boards of AVIXA, MGM Resorts International Advisory Board, and CEMA. 

A Pacific Northwest native and Portland State University alum, Dena is also deeply involved in her community. She participates in Portland Business Journal’s Mentoring Monday initiative and was recently named a ThinkNW Marketing All-Star.
