At the end of every year, Opus Agency has its annual Team Connect event, a high-energy, all-staff offsite where we review the prior year’s results, celebrate our successes, acknowledge everyone’s contributions — epic swag! — and look ahead to the coming year.

We break at the end of the day for some prepping and primping, then reconvene in the evening for our annual holiday party. (This year’s theme: Heroes & Villains.)

2015’s Team Connect was held on Friday, December 18th at the Hilton Portland & Executive Tower in downtown Portland, Oregon. To get a flavor of the proceedings and see our executive team, among others, decked out in their finest comic book attire, check out the video recap below:

This truly was the best year ever for Opus, and we couldn’t have done it without the amazing people, shared values, and empowering methodology with which we approach everything we do. Thanks to every Opus employee who made it possible. Here’s to continued success in 2016!
